Training Coordination Assistant

At fts global, we help financial and professional services companies attract, develop and engage key talent. We are now offering a truly exciting role within our organisation.

 

DESCRIPTION

 

We deliver our services globally which means that organisations (including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500) trust fts global to deliver their programmes in over 26 countries.

 

To support our back office, we are looking for an intern to fulfil the following tasks:

 

  • Support the training coordination management team in:

    • Organizing the training courses in due time

    • Identifying the most suitable trainer

    • Preparing and sending the contracts to clients and trainers

    • Preparing the material for the courses

    • Collecting the forms related to the courses

    • Preparing and analysing statistics

  • Providing sales support to the Client Relationship Management team when required.

  • Providing sales support to the Marketing team when required.

  • Special Project work for content management, social marketing activities and event management.

  • Provide general administration support including travel arrangements, client bookings, preparing agendas.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (both oral and written)

  • Previous work experience is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, flexible and proactive attitude

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

  • PC literate: good knowledge of the Microsoft suite, familiar with data base systems
