fts global are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Talent Sourcing to join our successful and rapidly growing team.


As the Head of Talent Sourcing you will be responsible for developing C-level and Senior HR Director level relationships with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 Financial Services firms. This position will be ideal for a senior candidate looking to take a step up to hiring and developing their own team and/or practice or for an individual looking to move from the financial services sector into a more creative role. You will be ably supported by the Chief Operating Officer of fts global who will manage all of the infrastructure support, enabling you to focus on client delivery, and will be based in our office in Luxembourg though travel to other financial centres may be required from time to time.

  • Build lasting relationships with board, CxO and Senior HR Director level contacts across the financial services sector in order to sell premium retained talent sourcing solutions;

  • Manage the end-to-end talent sourcing process utilising internal resources and support staff;

  • Work with the management team to further build talent sourcing offering and the wider fts global brand within target markets;

  • Research and market-mapping;

  • Build professional networks and attend networking events;


  • Strong understanding of the retained talent sourcing process;

  • Comfortable with initiating and nurturing relationships with senior executives in the financial services sector;

  • Good knowledge and use of social media;

  • Reasonable level of digital fluency;

  • Strong Network in the global financial services sector;

  • Detail-oriented project manager;

  • Experience in financial services sector and the desire to become a sector-specific expert;

  • Ambitious, confident, determined, agile and charismatic;

  • Ready to actively manage and mentor junior members of the team;

  • Passionate about new business development;

  • Commits to our ethics-driven business model;

  • Ideally educated to degree level, or otherwise demonstrate analytical and research skills;

  • Results oriented and does what it takes to get things over the line;

  • Fluent English is critical and other languages, in particular French, are a distinct advantage.
